The Founder

Arda Kara is the founder of the Al-Majd project, and plans to serve as both the Imam and the founding higher Mathematics teacher when the centre opens. He was born on the 7th November 2008 in Istanbul, Turkiye, but moved to Dubai, UAE at age 5. Having beaten cancer twice and remained academically gifted, Arda is set to move to the UK in September 2026 to begin studying Mathematics at a university there. He is also in the process of memorising the Quran. He is a murid (disciple/student) of Shaykh Faisal Hamid Abdur-Razak from the Shadhili tariqa (Sufi order).
